My first kitty bed for charity donation

Hi there again:
Here is the very fisrt kitty bed I made to donate to my local vet/animal hospital where I adopted my Foxie... you can see a photo of her in the post below this one.
Any ways I will be making lots of things to donate to the animal hospital to help out and show some love to the kittys and pups and doggies that my veternarian takes in til she finds a good home for the furbabies...
I've been doing this with yarns donated to me by fellow crocheters so if you wish to help the cause please email me at: moomoooatfrontiernetdotnet
Enjoy and check back often as I will be posting more of what i make for them.
hugs and blessing

I'm Back and with lots of show and tell

Hello to all my friends in the crochet world:

Its been a long time since I have updated my blog but so much has gone on that well best leave that behind me and just talk about the fun things like crocheting.

I have been busy crocheting for charity... One of which is for my local vet /animal hospital in which i was able to adopt free of all charges a beautiful pomeranian mixed female 7month puppy now she is 10 month old ... Her name is Foxie:

You can see her photo up on top.

Well any ways up on top you can see also the things i've begun to crochet and sew for the animal hospital where i adopted her..

I've been making Kitty beds and fabric dog chews, and pillow toys..

enjoy the photos...
The yarns for these have been donated so if any one wants to donate some yarns for this ongoing charity project please email me for mailing addy.

The veternarian takes in all pets that people dont want cause here the ASPCA will put them to sleep after one day only and so she takes in all the unwanted furbabies and hold them til she finds a good home for them.
Foxie was with her for 3 weeks before i came along... so this is why i've been touched to do this for them.

I got the pattern off the web. This photo below is of a set of hanging kitchen towels with crocheted toppers as well for my partner.

This photo below is a set of 6 coasters i have also made for her. In this photo below you will see other goodies i enclosed in her package like the dress dishcloth and a scrubbie/dishcloth flower and also i crocheted a flower sponge scrubbie and also another square dishcloth.

Comfort Shawl Swap and Sign Up For those suffering from Fribromyalgia

Hi there to all my friends:

While over at the crochetville forum we have discovered that there are a number of us suffering from Fibromyalgia and well we have decided that one thing we can do to help keep our minds off our pains and to support each other is to do a swap for a comfort shawl in color preference of choice of your partner.

The official colors for fibromyalgia awareness is:
Purple or Purple with pink or to distinguish the Fybromyalgia it is also Cranberry with pink. I was told that the Cranberry color represents Chronic Pain and the Pink is for Women so Cranberry and Pink is for Women in Chronic Pain.
Thank you Red Rose for the info....

This being said if you are a sufferer of this Fibromyalgia and want to participate in with the swap please email me privately with your information and color preference for your comfort shawl.
Let me know if you are allergic to any kinds of yarns or what yarn you would prefer for your shawl and I will contact you back with a partner info who you too will make her or him a comfort shawl.
Pattern will be of your choice for your partner.

Any questions email me at:
moomooo@frontiernet.net

I will be making a awareness pin for each that sign up and complete the swap with their partner. Photo will follow later on.

Pins will also be available for sale soon in case you have a friend that also has fibromyalgia.
So God bless us all
Gentle hugs
Lillibet
